Ericksonian coaching is rooted in the pioneering work of Dr. Milton H. Erickson and uses indirect suggestion, metaphor, storytelling, and tailored interventions to facilitate profound transformation. It draws from disciplines such as neurolinguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, linguistics, neuroscience and neuroplasticity, systems thinking and cybernetics, positive psychology and solution-focused thinking, non-verbal communication and micro-expressions. By engaging both the conscious and subconscious mind, this holistic approach enables deep, lasting change.
